Job Description
Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner through 1- Typing correspondence, reports and other documents 2- Maintaining office files 3- Opening and distributing the mail 4- Taking minutes at meetings 5- Distributing minutes 6- Coordinating repairs to office equipment
Provide support to the department to ensure that it is provided with the resources to make effective decisions
Maintains manager’s calendar, schedules appointments based on knowledge of administrator’s responsibilities and issues of importance.
Create Effective Filing Systems
Making travel arrangements when the employer or the department has to travel some place on official work, the administrative assistant makes arrangements for the travel and stay. . Budgeting Monitors and reconciles departmental budget and tracks travel and office expenditures.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree of relevant academic study. Very good command of English Language. 1-3 year of similar experience, preferable in a multinational organization
