شروط التقديم:
– أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية (رجال ونساء).
– أن يكون حديثي التخرج من مرحلة البكالوريوس في التخصصات الموضحة أعلاه.
– إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
– مهارات في التفاوض والإقناع.
الوصف الوظيفي:
– المحافظة على علاقات العملاء الداخلية والخارجية.
– دعم العملاء داخل المنطقة المحددة لممثل خدمة العملاء.
– تجديد عقود الدعم المميز للعملاء.
– التعاون مع فرق الحسابات المعينة ومبيعات تراخيص المنتج (البرامج والأجهزة.

Oracle Customer Sales Support Services
Premier Support Sales is responsible for the management of Oracle’s mid and top tier Premier Support Customers. The department is also focused on working with all Stakeholders to protect and grow support revenue, increasing Stakeholder satisfaction and mitigating the risk associated with the Premier Support renewals in our customer base. The department handles both Hardware and Software Premier Support.
Brief Posting Description
Drive the renewal of Oracle’s premier support services contracts to existing customers.
Detailed Description
Responsible for timely renewals for medium-sized customers in assigned territory. Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications. Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of the Support portfolio. Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals. Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals. Identify and transfer leads to sales reps for top-tier opportunities. Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.
Additional Details
The Premier Support Sales Representative (SSR) role maintains and builds both internal and external Customer relationships, up to CIO level. Key responsibilities include growing revenue and selling the value of Customer Support Services within the customer organisation. Renewal of Premier Support contracts is a key factor as well as cooperating with assigned account teams and product licence sales (Software and Hardware) to grow and optimise recurring revenue streams.
