1- أخصائي الخزينة (Treasury Specialist):
– شهادة علمية في تخصص المالية.
– خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المالية أو المحاسبة مع خلفية في مجال الخزينة.

2- مهندس كهرباء أول (Senior Electrical Engineer):
– درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذات صلة.
– خبرة لا تقل عن أربع سنوات في مجال الهندسة الكهربائية ذات الجهد العالي ومرافق توليد الطاقة الاحتياطية.

Treasury Specialist

Role Summary:

Treasury Specialist is responsible for help in determining corporate cash requirements and oversees short-term cash and investment. Develops corporate investment strategy while maintaining liquidity. Help management in investment analysis for the organization’s bank accounts, including the oversight for account reconciliation, transfer of funds, or purchase or sale of foreign currencies, etc. furthermore, providing reports to top management. Oversee the organization’s daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Follow  policies and procedures covering all areas of reporting functional activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled and to ensure efficient, effective and deliverables  at all times
• Managing bank structure (Account structure of the banks) in addition to control bank accounts.
• Managing Bank Facilities (lines of credit) incuding short term facilities (overdraft, short-term) and medium / Long Term Bank Facilities (loans, leaseback, …).
• Issuance and maintenance (renewal, cancel) of Letter of Credits / Letter of Guarantees
• Oversee all aspects of the cash management function, including the development and management of systems for the effective collection of revenues and payment of obligations.
• Directs cash management operations to include daily cash administration, management of current accounts and bank relations.
• Completes all cash management set-up documentation for new and existing department processes; prepares correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management.
• Timely reconciles cash application and disbursements.
• Monitors cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated.
• Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
• Prepares cash flow reports, and identifies and evaluates variances.
• In charge of bank accounts monthly reconciliation.
• In charge of year end bank accounts confirmation.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Finance.
• Requires 2-4 years in Finance or Accounting, with a background in Treasury.

Senior Electrical Engineer

Role Summary:

Saudi Arabian Railway is currently looking for a senior level  Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Infrastructure Projects Department.

The post holder will Review technical submissions from contractors according to project documentation and requirements, and monitor the implementation of projects to ensure on-time projects delivery and installation while supporting the Department and management throughout all stages of the projects.

  Key  Accountabilities

• Be decisive, and adept at spotting potential problems and finding appropriate solutions to keep productivity humming along. (Project Management)
• Able to prioritize tasks to make sure the project runs smoothly. (Time management).
• Have the flexibility to adapt to new systems and processes, finding ways to work around these problems.
• Follow up with contractors onsite to monitor the quality of materials selection, requisition, delivery, and installation
• Provide timely reports to the concerned Projects Manager asset in the Project plan.
• Maintain defined project objectives by reviewing project plans and coordinating with the concerned Projects Manager as needed.
• Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Support the Projects Manager in maintaining the defined project schedule by tracking project progress and coordinating activities as needed.
• Support in monitoring the execution of approved contract design documents.
• Support the Project Manager in controlling project budget, costs, and expenditure by tracking relevant activities and administering contractor contracts in close coordination with the Contracts Management Specialist.
• Support in the day to day management of the site, including the supervision of contractors work, site technicians and the distribution of workload.
• Review technical submissions from contractors determining compliance with project documentation projects safety and quality standards and technical requirements, and provide relevant recommendations to the concerned project manager.
• Provide technical engineering input, designs, documentation, and responses for different types of projects.
• Support the Projects Manager in planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Provide input in project review and progress meetings, as needed.
• Liaise regularly on the ground with the contractors, consultants, supervisors, and planners ensuring that project requirements are met and escalate any issues to the concerned Projects Manager in a timely manner.
• Monitor production and quality to customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards.
• Implement change and variation orders as instructed by the Project Manager.
• Record minutes for project meetings and circulate with all concerned team members.

• Resolve any unexpected issue that might arise throughout the project delivery.

  Abilities and  Skills

• To be able to design low voltage and medium electrical distribution systems.
• To be able to design signal and communications systems.
• To be able to design of conduit & cabling systems.
• To be able to design of hazardous area electrical installations.
• Basic understanding & Knowledge of NEC and NFPA codes 52, 58, 59, and 59A.
• Experience with high voltage electrical engineering preferred.
• Experience in Power Generation Facilities.

Qualification:

 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field is required.

Experience:

The role holder will be required to have:

At least 4 years of relevant experience in high voltage electrical engineering and back-up Power Generation Facilities and the above Qualifications.
