Corona is hiring, “HR Recruitment Specialist” is urgently needed.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including: crea…ting advertisements, post open positions on internet sites, thoroughly review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, participate in new hire benefits orientation
* Recruitment outreach reports and statistics. Explores recruitment resources (i.e., internet recruiting) and job fairs
* Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.

Requirements:
* 2 years of recruiting experience required, preferred in recruitment agencies or FMCG
* Direct knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies and practices, preferably with high volume distribution positions (Blue and white Collars).
* Strong recruiting, sourcing, Experience with internet job boards and applicant tracking systems
* Human Resources degree is a plus.
* Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills to ensure proper interface with all levels within the company

Work Conditions:
*Work Location: Pyramids Heights
*Working Hours: From 8 to 5
*Days off: Fridays and Saturdays off
