An educational facility providing support for children with learning Disabilities Located New Maadi requires employees to Position: IT Technical Support Officer Male of Female Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering or any relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Officer from 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to diagnose basic technical issues.
• Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Experience in installing and configuring Windows Server Domain Data Migration MS SQL Server reporting And Exchange Server
• Experience in Firewall System
• Experience in Maintenance hardware and networking.
• Technical solution and documentation is a plus.

Salary Range 4500-5500 LE One day off Friday Working hours 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Social insurance One month paid summer vacation July – August
