تعلن شركة سيارات كبري بالعبور عن حاجتها الي شغل وظيفة كول سنتر خبرة او بدون خبرة بمرتب 4000 جنية مع وجود وسيلة مواصلات في المناطق المحيطة وذلك وفق الشروط والتفاصيل التالية :

Work Location : El Obour – Misr Ismailia desert road

Transportation Covered from Misr El Gdiida

Requirements:
Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Required Exp: 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role (call center

Excellent in English is a must (Speaking – Writing – Reading)
Presentable or customer service environment).
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Good data entry and typing skills
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Able to work with rotational shifts
Able to work in our HQ (Obour)

Duties :
– Support and provide service via phones, e-mails, social media ,chat ,etc.
– Use listening skills that support effective telephone communication to support the customer needs and requests.
Apply appropriate actions to effectively resolve the customer request.
– Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and enter feedback on the customer services database

Working Conditions:
Working Hours: 8:30 rotational (24/7)
Days off: 2 rotational per week
