Juhayna Food Industries is currently hiring Executive Assistant – General Manager
Responsibilities:
– Manage the General Manager’s office.
– Issuing Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reports such as:
– Sales Reports showing the efficiency in sales by regions, sales channels and territories.
– Sales tracking report for sales by sub-categories.
– Monthly and Quarterly Sales conclusions presentation (S&OP) to top Management.
– Annual Sales Reports.
– Participating in the feasibility studies of new sales projects and tracking the productivity.
– Following-up with the difference of Plan Vs. actual sales.
– Prepare presentations as required.
– Take minutes of meetings and follow up actions decided in staff meetings.
– Handle, prepare, and follow up all correspondences between the GM and other departments as well as the external organizations
– Schedule meetings and maintain appointments daily.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Working experience from 1-2 years of office management experience
– Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
– Strong Analytical skills
– Ability and experience with working multi-functionally
– Fluent Arabic/English are mandatory.
